Simplifying How Organizations Manage Network and Mobility 

Gary Storm is the Founder and CEO of vCom Solutions, a leader in IT lifecycle management for enterprises. Since founding vCom in 2001, Gary has led the company to national recognition for its innovation in managing IT spend across connectivity, mobility and cloud. Previously, he served as President & CEO of Networld Communications, where he launched one of the first Hosted IP Telephony platforms, now CallTower.

Gary began his career with Nortel and Williams Communications and holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley. He serves on several nonprofit and industry boards. 

Sameer Hilal is the co-founder and COO of vCom Solutions, where he leads innovation in IT Spend Management through a robust software platform and expert-led services. With over 20 years in technology and software development, Sameer has guided vCom in managing global networks, enterprise mobility, IoT, collaboration tools, and cloud solutions. 

Before vCom, he served as VP of Operations for a voice and network systems integrator and Director of Technology for a leading radiology group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics with a minor in Biology from Boston University. 

Joe Condy is the co-founder of vCom Solutions and brings over 20 years of telecom experience to his role. He’s known for building long-term customer relationships through a strategic, customer-first sales model that has helped drive vCom’s sustained growth. 

Previously, Joe was VP of Sales at Networld Communications, where he led sales expansion in key markets and helped establish the company as a leader in next-gen voice and data solutions. He also held roles at Nortel Networks and Williams Communications. 

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis and Clark College.

John Adams is the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery at vCom Solutions, overseeing operations and expense management to drive efficiency, value, and strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. 

He brings deep expertise in Lifecycle Management and a thorough understanding of vCom’s products. Prior to vCom, John held leadership roles at Calero, where he managed sales support, client relationships, and operations, and at Manage Mobility, overseeing technology expense operations. He also served as VP of Lifecycle Services at Advocate. 

He is currently serving on the Executive Board at ETMA. 

Bhanu Anukonda is Senior Vice President of Software Development at vCom Solutions, leading global engineering teams and overseeing the full lifecycle of vManager and vCom’s OSS platforms. With 20+ years of experience, he specializes in building enterprise-grade software, driving digital transformation, and aligning technical execution with business goals. 

Before vCom, Bhanu was Director of Software Development at Credo Mobile, where he reengineered core platforms and modernized the software development lifecycle. He excels at scaling platforms, fostering agile teams, and enhancing user experience. 

Bhanu holds a master’s in Computer Science and a bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications Engineering. 

Jim leads vCom's Engineering and IT Enablement group. He and his team are responsible for the development and implementation of vCom's Managed Network, Managed Cloud, and Managed IT services.   

For more than 20 years, Jim has provided technical leadership and expertise related to a variety of technologies both in the enterprise and managed services and hosting industry. Prior to vCom, Jim worked for Conduent, Atos, and Xerox Business Services. Jim was also head of engineering and founding member of CallTower.   

Jim holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University and is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #20464). 

Blaise Brady is VP and Head of Business Development at vCom Solutions, leading a team focused on expanding market reach through strategic channel partnerships. With over 20 years in the technology and channel space, he specializes in driving growth, managing partner relationships, and executing joint business plans. 

He previously led GTT’s Channel Development organization and held leadership roles at QOS Networks and Windstream Enterprise. 

Based in Colorado, Blaise enjoys life at 9,000 feet with his family. He’s an avid golfer and a dedicated volunteer, raising service dogs for Freedom Service Dogs alongside his wife. 

Jenna Brown is Vice President of Compliance & Contract Management, with oversight for vCom’s contract management function and ensuring the company’s conformity in regulatory and compliance matters.   

Jenna has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and managed service industries (21 of those years at vCom), and she began her career with AT&T working in both sales and finance. She previously held a position in collocation management for a competitive communications provider in California.   

Jenna was the 2019 recipient of vCom’s Chairman Award, and in her spare time she can be found in the kitchen creating new recipes.

Renee Clifford is the Vice President of Cost Assurance and Accounts Payables. Renee is responsible for working with our vendors to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.   

Renee has spent over 20 years with vCom, growing her knowledge base of telecom and vCom’s service offerings. Prior to joining vCom, Renee worked as a Cost Center Manager for a large technology company.   

Outside of work, Renee can be found spending time with her family outdoors, usually riding bikes or cheering her husband and kids on at races. 

Paul Connaker is Executive Vice President at vCom Solutions, where he leads the Revenue Generation team, driving sales and collaborating closely with marketing and customer success to fuel growth. With over 20 years in the technology industry—including more than 17 at vCom—Paul has risen through the ranks of sales leadership, holding nearly every customer-facing role. His deep focus on client engagement and measurable outcomes has been central to vCom’s long-term success.   

Paul is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. 

Kirsten DiChiappari is Vice President of Customer Success at vCom Solutions, where she leads efforts to drive retention, growth, and long-term customer value. A seasoned executive, she brings experience across industries including technology, finance, and media. Kirsten builds and scales high-performing CS teams rooted in trust and partnership. She was a featured speaker at the 2024 CCO Summit, appeared on the This Is Growth! and CSM Practice podcasts and was profiled in The Customer Success Café. She also received a 2025 Creative CS Leader Award by EverAfter.

Kirsten holds degrees from Providence College and Lesley University. 

Heather Faison is Vice President of Operations for QuantumShift by vCom, where she leads the company’s wholesale operational strategy and execution. With over 20 years of experience in mobile and network technologies, Heather has a proven track record of streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency. She’s passionate about building and mentoring high-performing teams that create a more agile and responsive infrastructure. 

Before vCom, Heather held key roles at AT&T, QuantumShift, NorthPoint Communications, and Cellular One. She’s also an active member of the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation and the CARE Parent Network, supporting families with special needs

Kyle Harris is the Vice President & General Manager of Network Revenue Generation at vCom Solutions, where he leads the Network Revenue Sales and Support Teams. With over 20 years of experience spanning sales, operations, revenue strategy, and network services, Kyle has consistently driven growth through innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric leadership. 

Prior to joining vCom, Kyle held senior revenue and sales leadership roles at Cognizant, Rimini Street, Evoque, and CenturyLink, where he successfully led large-scale transformations, sales enablement initiatives, and go-to-market strategy development. He also co-founded a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations enhance their sales performance and operational effectiveness.  

Kyle is based in Denver, Colorado and holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University. 

Andrea brings 20 years of global marketing and communications experience across telecom, technology, compliance, data analytics, and more. She has deep expertise in B2B and enterprise sales, with a strong track record of creating campaigns that drive growth. 

Prior to vCom, she was Director of Marketing at vMOX, leading global marketing and pre-sales programs. She also held senior roles at Calero, The Red Flag Group (now Refinitiv), Course5 Intelligence, Valley Metro, and The Weitz Company, and ran a consulting business for startups. 

Andrea is a member of the Alliance of Channel Women and holds a B.A. from Miami University of Ohio. 

Matt Marquez is Vice President of Service & Support at vCom, leading the company’s new Customer Care Center to deliver a unified, top-tier service experience. With 20+ years in telecom, Matt focuses on scaling operations through automation, team development, and streamlined service delivery. 

He also oversees vCom’s Network Operations Center (NOC), driving deeper provider integration and enhanced performance. 

Previously, he led vCom’s Managed Services operations and held leadership roles at CenturyLink, gaining broad expertise across mobility, provisioning, and service management. 

Matt holds a B.S. in Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. 

Brandon leads the organization’s Finance division. He is an experienced executive with a proven record of building finance organizations designed to support the growing needs of a business. Brandon focuses on building a unified team that can be the infrastructure for coupling financial requirements with business process to support company success.

Previously, he was the VP Finance at Converge Technology Solutions, where he built a finance operations and integration organizations that supported revenue growth from 500 million CAD to 3 billion CAD.

Giri Mulastanam leads vCom’s Data, Analytics, and Automation initiatives, driving smarter operations and data-informed decisions across the organization. With over 25 years of experience, he’s a proven technology leader known for delivering impactful enterprise software and SaaS solutions. 

He has led global teams through complex, high-stakes projects, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution. Prior to vCom, Giri was SVP of Technology Delivery at Ansira and held leadership roles at MarTech firms like Epsilon, Targetbase, and BrandMuscle. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and is passionate about turning data into meaningful business outcomes. 

As the head of RevGen mobile practice at QuantumShift, Rob spearheads strategic initiatives with a focus on sales, marketing, project management, and product development. With a comprehensive expertise in navigating diverse industry landscapes, he devises pragmatic strategies to overcome obstacles and propel companies towards ambitious objectives. Rob's extensive tenure in the mobility sector underscores his adeptness in nurturing strategic alliances, driving organizational growth at scale through impactful partnerships that solve market pains.

Laura Silivestro is Vice President of Order Management at vCom, overseeing Mobile Order Management and Network and Mobile Project Management teams. With 20+ years in telecom and managed services, she brings deep operational expertise and a track record of building high-performing, customer-focused teams. 

Before vCom, Laura held leadership roles at Calero, PAETEC, and Windstream, driving improvements in service delivery and global expense management. 

She holds a master’s in Organizational Management. Laura’s strategic mindset and collaborative approach continue to elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at vCom. 

Jessica VanVorst is the Vice President of Partner Success at vCom, leveraging 14+ years of leadership experience to drive operational excellence and strong partnerships. She leads partner onboarding, training, and resource development, ensuring partners have the tools to thrive while collaborating with business development to enhance vCom’s offerings.   

Previously, Jessica served as Vice President of Customer Experience at ProfitSolv, excelling in partner relationships and customer outcomes. At Possible Finance, she led initiatives that improved agent efficiency by 40% and reduced costs by 30%. Her career also includes leadership roles at Calero and Windstream Communications, where she built high-performing teams and scalable systems. 

Rekha Venuthurupalli is the Vice President of Human Resources at vCom Solutions, overseeing People & Culture, HR operations, talent management, office administration, and training. She brings over 15 years of HR experience across industries including mortgage, banking, and home healthcare. 

Rekha is deeply committed to education and community service. For over five years, she has volunteered as a tutor with the AVID Program at a local middle school, supporting students in achieving their academic goals. In addition, Rekha serves as an acting board member at Breast Cancer Prevention Partners (BCPP), a Bay Area nonprofit dedicated to the education and prevention of breast cancer through community advocacy and public awareness.  

Her leadership helps shape a strong, people-first culture that supports vCom’s growth and employee success.
