vCom’s 8th Annual Customer Summit, held in San Francisco this past October, was a huge success. We welcomed more than 30 customers representing over 20 companies, which included a mix of long-time and days-old customers. It was an enlightening, educational experience for all who attended.
Customers and employees alike got competitive at our opening event at The Playroom at the S+R Longe in Hotel Zetta. Games such as giant Jenga, shuffleboard, pool, and ping pong provided a fun, relaxed atmosphere as we welcomed old friends and made new ones.
We got down to business at the conference on Wednesday, opening and closing with vCom Today and vCom Tomorrow respectively, providing our customers with insight into where we are and what our plans are for the future. Session in between included a customer panel, during which customers shared both successes and challenges; discussions around technology trends and communications pain points and needs; and breakout sessions to share best practices and explore new solutions.
The day was capped by our awards ceremony during which we recognized a number of customers for their accomplishments.
Customer Lifecycle Evangelist: awarded to individuals who recognize the value of communications lifecycle management and the transformational effect it can have on an organization’s communications environment and who has advocated for it within their organization and others.
