Accounting

INVOICE

Invoices

Standardizing and consolidating invoices across multiple carriers simplifies the invoice management process, eliminating confusion and providing clarity across finance and IT teams. Being able to quickly access an aggregated view of your charges by service, location, or carrier provides actionable information to managers and c-level executives.

“Our experience with the vManager software has been excellent. We’ve been able to use this tool to find out how we’re spending money, where we’re spending money, and how to allocate it back to our individual cost centers. I also use the graphs each month that show how we can reduce our spend. ”

Reporting

Reporting

Reviewing all communications spend across all carriers and services, trended by service type or location, helps finance and IT teams identify variances and spikes or drops. Drilling down to more granular level, and developing customized reports to supplement the over 50 standard reports, provides further visibility into a client's communications spend and inventory.
