
The Customer Care Center (CCC) was built to offer our valued customers a resource and support center for technical, billing, and service related questions, as part of the ongoing management of your account.
From knowledgeable account managers to experienced project managers and
engineers, the CCC group offers superior support during and after the implementation
process.
Your account managers will take proactive steps to make sure you are satisfied
with your communication solutions in addition to handling any issues you
have with your account. The project managers and engineering team will build
the plan for your pending installations, and will manage ongoing account
support thereafter. The CCC group is the ongoing support mechanism to ensure
that you are always satisfied with your services.

The CCC is staffed Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, Pacific Time,
excluding vCom holidays, to handle all technical and billing questions,
routine service requests, emergency requests, and minor adds, moves and
changes.
Emergency service is also provided after-hours (any time outside the aforementioned
hours) by contacting our CCC. An on-call emergency customer service representative
will respond to your request.
