vCom Solutions, a leader in telecom expense management, announced its sixth consecutive year to be ranked in the Best Places To Work in the Bay Area, conducted and published by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal.
The company was ranked number seventeen out of companies with 25-50 Bay Area-based employees with an overall satisfaction score of 93.5%. A total of 125 companies were recognized in the 2013 Awards. The rankings were based on scores obtained from a survey of the companies’ Bay Area employees. The surveys measured worker satisfaction across a number of areas including alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, trust in senior leaders, and employee benefits.
