vCom Customers Convene in San Francisco for 7th Annual Customer Summit

SAN RAMON, CALIFORNIA

vCom Solutions Inc., a premier provider of fixed and mobile telecommunications management services, this week holds its seventh annual Customer Summit in San Francisco, California. More than 30 customers representing 21 companies will discuss challenges and best practices of managing fixed and mobile telecommunications environments, learn about new technologies and industry trends, and celebrate customer successes.

The three day event kicks off Wednesday evening with a welcome cruise around the San Francisco Bay. Meetings on Thursday include a carrier panel including AT&T Partner Exchange, Sprint Emerging & Wholesale Solutions, and Verizon Enterprise Solutions; roundtable discussions; a customer panel featuring Biogen, Monterey Mushrooms, and Northwest Farm Credit Services. The summit will conclude on Friday with a golf tournament.

“One of the highlights of the event is directly addressing our customers’ feedback. We want to know what we’re doing well, how we can improve, and what their priorities are for the next year. Providing this forum for open discussion has allowed us to continuously improve our solution offering and deliver best in class customer service to our clients,” says Sameer Hilal, COO.

“We use customer feedback gathered during our summit and from our surveys to help drive our IT roadmap,” says Adam Shawley, CIO. “This fall, we’ll be releasing vManager 6.0 which is a complete rewrite of the code from the ground up with a focus on three key areas: performance, security, and usability. Additionally, earlier this year, we made some major upgrades to our mobility solution directly as a result of customers’ input.”

Prior to joining vCom, Audrey was the Chief Marketing Officer of Energy Recovery Inc (NASDAQ: ERII) from 2012-2015 and its VP of Marketing, joining the company as a small start-up organization in 2005. During her tenure, she led the global marketing strategies, built a disruptive global brand by growing revenue 5-fold from $10M to $50M, increased market share from 20% to 90% and completed an IPO. Audrey positioned the company for further growth by uncovering new applications – taking the company from $50M to $5B worth of addressable markets. She has championed product development in cross-functional teams with R&D, engineering and production to successfully launch new products globally.

As a result of building a strong brand, communications and culture, her work received 4 global industry awards in single year by Institute of Engineering and Innovation (IET). She was also recognized as an Innovation Finalist of the Year. Audrey served as a Board member of a non-profit, developed and promoted STEM programs and led philanthropic efforts for low-income families. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Michigan State University.
