Now that vManager is available as a mobile application on Android platform, in addition to its iOS versions, vCom customers are gaining even more control over their telecom spending and inventory.
The vManager application for Android is free to vCom customers and allows them to quickly access their professional services team, view and analyze their inventory, access invoices, and manage trouble tickets. The latest enhancement to all three mobile applications allows the user to:
- Open a trouble ticket against an item in their telecom inventory. For any type of service issue, opening a ticket automatically pulls up the relevant information on a particular circuit and allows vCom’s Professional Services Team to start working the ticket.
- Receive “push” notifications on their mobile device when notes are added to trouble tickets
- Receive “push” notifications on their mobile device when new invoices are published to vManager
