At QuantumShift, we believe that you can have your cake and eat it too. That’s why we lead with the value of Consolidation—getting the best and most simplified experience AND access to the best IT services and providers! Consolidation is about providing customers access to any provider or technology and remaining 100% agnostic, while offering customers one partner, one invoice, and one support team to manage it all; and all without sacrificing redundancy or accessibility.
With Consolidation in mind, 2023 was an exciting year as we onboarded several new providers and technologies to help address customers’ international IT needs and help them consolidate those providers and technologies under QuantumShift’s management. Some of the international vendors onboarded included Bell Canada, Colt, NTT, PCCW Global, and Telstra.
Customers with locations in Canada can rely on Bell Canada’s extensive network and service offerings including Ethernet, WAVE, and Dedicated Internet, while Colt has a robust fiber network in over 32,000 buildings and 1100 data centers spanning 38 countries. NTT’s Tier 1 global IP network in strategically selected locations in North America, Asia and Europe is suited for customers requiring global IP transit and Ethernet services; while PCCW Global provides connectivity in over 160 countries worldwide. Telstra is a leading telecommunications and technology company with Australian heritage, operating in over 20 countries. We onboarded several providers to provide customers the greatest amount of choice and flexibility, because we know a “one size fits all” approach does not always work for global and multi-national organizations. We also wanted to adhere to our values of providing customers with precious TIME back—we do the legwork so you don’t have to—while also ensuring they have all the INFORMATION necessary to make better decisions faster.
The QuantumShift Customer Care team and the vCom Technology Solutions Group is ready and equipped to support customers’ existing or upcoming global needs.
