Ruane brings nearly two decades of experience in voice, data and cloud to her new role at vCom. Most recently, she spent 19 years at TPx Communications, where she held several leadership roles, including general manager, regional vice president for Northern California, vice president of the Western region, and vice president of sales. Her impressive background features a track record of achieving success through innovative sales strategies and promoting collaboration across departments.

Before TPx, Ruane served as vice president of SME sales, executive officer, and board member at Pac-West Telecomm, specializing in PSTN connectivity, IP infrastructure, and VoIP technologies. She also worked as director of channel sales and enhanced network services at Ameritel, where she played a key role in managing channel sales and driving customer satisfaction.
Her expertise spans various industries, including government, non-profit, healthcare, financial services, and legal, demonstrating her ability to create effective revenue acquisition strategies, attract top talent, and guide teams through organizational changes.
