vCom Solutions Supports Revenue Generation Realignment with Key Management Promotions

SAN RAMON, Calif., February 22, 2022 – vCom Solutions, a leader in delivering software and services for managing the lifecycle of IT spend from procure to pay, today announced several promotions, new hires, and personnel changes in support of an organizational restructuring of the company’s Revenue Generation team. These leadership-level changes drive alignment between the company’s Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, and Technical Sales teams, which have been centralized under one revenue generation and retention umbrella to support corporate growth strategies.  

CRO Joe Condy to focus on Sales Operations

Joe Condy, vCom Chief Revenue OfficerAfter 20 years of dedicated leadership, vCom co-founder and CRO Joe Condy is stepping back from day-to-day management of the sales team to enable a new generation of leadership to impact the future of vCom through renewed energy, ideas, and initiatives. Joe will be focusing on crucial Sales Operations to guide and support growth strategies and objectives.  

Paul Connaker named Executive Vice President of Revenue

Paul ConnakerA 15-year veteran of vCom, Paul Connaker will be overseeing the company’s revenue generation activities including sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. Paul joined vCom in 2007 as a member of the sales team, where he successfully grew vCom’s client portfolio and established long-term relationships with key customers. Since then, he has held several customer-facing roles including leadership positions in Sales and Customer Success, most recently as Vice President of Business Development.

Brandon Hampton named VP of Sales

Brandon Hampton, vCom Director of MobilityBrandon Hampton will lead the vCom Account Executive team in their overall customer relationship management and strategy. Brandon’s guidance and deep industry experience will enable the team to deliver vCom’s vision, values, and insights to help customers leverage the company’s full suite of IT spend management solutions. Brandon previously helmed vCom’s Mobility sales and operations teams. A 20+ year industry veteran, Brandon co-founded Mobi Wireless Management (now part of Tangoe) in 2008.    

Tony Rivera joins as Manager TSG CARE

Tony joins vCom with more than 20 years in the telecom industry, including roles at Sprint and T-Mobile. He became acquainted with vCom while serving as Strategic Account Manager for Sprint Wholesale, managing overall account strategy and cross functional teams in support of growing Value-Added Resellers, TEM, and Mobile Virtual Network Operators. Tony will lead the Technology Solutions CARE team, focusing on Network and Collaboration projects, assisting in presales, and interfacing with the operations team.
