How long does it take to get new pricing?

Our platform automates pricing for most services, offering competitive rates from multiple carriers and vendors — often within minutes. Additionally, our dedicated pricing team consists of experts who work directly with carriers to secure best-in-class pricing for our customers.

Do you lease or finance equipment?

All vCom customers are pre-approved for any hardware or non-recurring expense through our financing division. We typically amortize those expenses across the term of the service.

What kind of services can be moved without a new installation order or disruption?

Most legacy POTS services and some cable services can be seamlessly transferred from a current provider to our Buyers' Club with little to no downtime.
