vCom Announces Launch of New Website
vCom Solutions, the pioneer of Telecom Management as a Service, announced today the launch of its redesigned website atwww.vcomsolutions.com. vCom works with clients looking to achieve substantial savings over their telecommunications spend, eliminate billing errors and consolidate the management of multiple vendors, contracts and invoices.
vCom holds a unique place in the market. “For mid-size companies, we’re the only affordable telecom expense management firm in the country,” says Gary Storm, CEO and founder of vCom. “The depth of our new web presence better represents the type of forward thinking company we are.”
The new website offers a comprehensive view of vCom’s professional services and cloud-based software platform, as well as serving as an educational resource on telecom lifecycle management. The site features downloadable client case studies, training videos and educational white papers. “The redesign allows us to tell our story in a more meaningful way. vCom is all about making telecom management simple, so we applied this thinking to our most visible marketing asset,” says Vice President of Marketing, Leslie Leach.
The site was designed by Bay Area web design firm Marissa Berger Interactive (www.marissaberger.com) on the open-source content management system Drupal. “We are very excited to be a part of launching an updated online image for vCom,” says Marissa Berger, Owner of Marissa Berger Interactive. “They have a fantastic story to tell, and it has been a thrill helping them bring it to life.”
The redesign comes on the heels of recording-breaking sales for vCom in the first half of 2012, as well as several important accolades. In January, vCom announced the results of its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, where it scored 95% in overall customer satisfaction, marking the fifth year in a row of 95% or higher ratings. In April, vCom was ranked #4 in the Best Places To Work in the Bay Area survey published by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal. This marked its fifth consecutive year to be ranked on this list.
