vCom Solutions’ customers give high marks for vCom’s Communications Lifecycle Management Solution which includes full professional services and vManager, the cloud-based software solution. vCom achieved 97% customer satisfaction, meeting customer needs to effectively manage their communications environment.

98% of respondents working with their account management teams agreed they are knowledgeable and responsive, citing vCom are “good partners [who] listen and work with us to create value for our organization” and that “service is always exceptional.”

vManager, available as a desktop version and as an application for iOS and Android, achieved its eighth year of over 90% customer satisfaction with 97%.
