For the eighth consecutive year, vCom Solutions has placed as one of the Bay Area Best Places to Work published by the San Francisco Business Times. In its second year in the small company category (51 – 99 employees), vCom was ranked 22; and achieved the number one ranking of any telecom provider that made the list. Inclusion on the list was based on rankings determined by a survey sent directly to company employees.
“Getting this recognition validates everything I hope and know about our company,” says Gary Storm, President and CEO of vCom Solutions. “I’m so proud of our continued achievement in making the list as one of the Bay Area Best Places to Work.”
“We are committed as much to our employees as we are to our customers,” comments Sameer Hilal, COO. “One of our tenets is to inspire creativity, initiative, and passion in one another; part of that means creating an environment where we can continue to learn and grow — and have fun in the process. We believe that employee health and happiness has a direct correlation to customer satisfaction.”
