vCom Employee Summit 2016: Engaging with our Customers, and Each Other

March 25, 2016

On February 25th, vCom held our annual employee summit. New faces, seasoned teammates, and some soon-to-be teammates all joined us.

We talked through our successes from 2015 and our ambitious plans for this year, focusing on three key initiatives:

1. Telling Our Story

We’ve got a new website and a refreshed brand for 2016. We’re proud to be able to demonstrate how vCom has been leading a “quiet revolution” in technology expense management, and we’re excited to get the word out in a clear and concise way. If you haven’t checked it out already, take some time to explore the new

2. Customer Engagement

We believe success depends on a strong partnership between our people and our customers. Gary, vCom’s co-founder and CEO, spoke at our employee summit about how our team, and the way we engage our customers, add value that far exceeds that of our technology offering alone. We’ll continue to focus on our customers this year with events like our Customer Summit and new educational pieces. We had 97% customer satisfaction in 2015 and we look forward to another great year of partnership as we continue to revolutionize technology management.

“Engaging with our customers sets us apart. We should continue doing great work with great companies to achieve great results.”

– Gary Storm, Co-Founder & CEO

3. Employee Engagement

We can’t do great work without a great team. We held breakout sessions to discuss how we can better support our people and continue to grow vCom’s amazing culture.

As always, we concluded the summit with our annual Employee Awards Ceremony recognizing top performers across the organization.

At vCom, we’re convinced that the foundation for customer engagement is employee engagement. We’re ready for an unprecedented year. Here’s to a great 2016.
