vCom Hosts 10th Annual Customer Summit Event Focusing on Driving Value
vCom Solutions, the leader in IT lifecycle Management, is pleased to announce its 10th Annual Customer Summit event. The 2017 experience is focused on driving value for customers. Lauded as the most important for the company, the event will bring together an exclusive list of VIP clients acting as vCom’s customer advisory council.
The three-day event held from October 4-6th brings together a select group of IT thought leaders across industries that help shape the company’s products, services and business models to meet the needs of an ever-evolving tech landscape. The environment at Summit is built upon a common connection with peers who share IT lifecycle management business challenges, ideas and solutions.
The event kicks off with vCom’s IT lifecycle management software, vManager, training and certification–where early developments of the company’s products and solutions are typically revealed and continue with an opening reception and social networking. The event is packed with immersive sessions, roundtable discussions and one-on-one access to vCom’s technology gurus. The agenda includes five sessions on day two, built around the company’s IT Lifecycle management software and managed services–beginning with Planning and Procurement followed by Operations Management and Financial Management with demonstrations and panels discussions from customers and subject matter experts alike.
Highlights include a customer panel session where IT leaders from healthcare and financial services to legal and manufacturing industries will share best practices with their peers. Plus new, this year, vCom will showcase its “office of the future” with leading technology partners covering hot trends such SD-WAN, UCaaS, WWAN, and network monitoring and notification. The event closes with an evening awards ceremony and celebration recognizing outstanding customer achievements and milestones.
