October 13, 2016

San Ramon, CA – vCom Solutions, the leader in technology management-as-a-service (TMaaS) announces the launch of its most enhanced, cloud-based platform to date – vManager 7.0 with new modules that improve pricing, sourcing and tracking of IT products and services. vCom’s new Quote Manager promises to deliver businesses greater visibility into IT costs with greater ease and access to improve human and capital efficiencies.

For enterprises looking for Kayak and Amazon-like shopping experiences for mission-critical network services, no other platform exists. Products like online travel, electronic bidding and shopping sites have become indispensable to consumers and businesses, alike. Today’s IT leader needs an arsenal of tools at their fingertips within their existing systems. With real-time pricing models built into vCom’s new Quote Manager, you can soon compare costs, approve orders and make on demand purchases for wireline, mobile, collaboration, and cloud technologies. Through custom-built APIs to leading technology providers, we are able to provide you with the best pricing and sourcing options on the market – without ever leaving your screen.

“vCom is doing it again. They figured out how to help us truly manage our IT environment with vManager 7.0. With new tools like Quote Manager, we can price and source technologies regardless of provider. For anyone who has tried to procure business technologies online, it’s a game changer,” stated Jennifer Hopkins of Bioverativ.

“We are focused on developing new products that improve the quality and efficiency of managing technologies throughout the lifecycle. Enterprises yearn for easier tools to conduct basic IT operations, like sourcing and ordering technology services,” stated Gary Storm, vCom CEO. “Our platform exists because there is nothing out there today that combines the value and subject matter expertise, with the ease-of-use that users have grown accustomed to with online shopping. We are excited for this enhancement as it helps us deliver more robust tools to the market,” he continued.
