Do ‘IT’ Right
October saw our release of a brand new 9-part series: “Do IT Right” – tackling the basics of success in the most important areas of IT management:
Excerpt: Digital channels and infrastructure, customer service representatives, and data, voice of the customer (VoC) and customer service metrics make up the top three priorities for customer service and support leaders and their organizations’ success going into 2020, according to Gartner, Inc.
Excerpt: 1. Connected business will be everyone’s problem. The key focus of business investment will be more about the “work”: the ways that an increasingly-connected business can support pursuit of previously-unattainable objectives.
Excerpt: Verizon forecasts that it will have 5G service in 30 markets by the end of the year. AT&T expects to have nationwide 5G coverage by the middle of 2020. T-Mobile rolled out mobile 5G in 30 cities in 2018. New York City and Los Angeles have 5G and it has set 2020 as the target date for a complete nationwide 5G roll-out.
