vCom Solutions Launches vManager Application for Android

vCom Solutions announced today that its vManager telecommunications management software tool, recently named a recipient of the 2012 TEM Excellence Award presented by INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine, is now available as a mobile application on Android platform, in addition to its iOS versions.

vCom, and its vManager software, streamlines and automates the management of the telecom lifecycle, helping clients gain visibility and control over their spending and inventory. Its clients work with vCom to address the challenges of managing enterprise telecom and data networks, including the design and procurement of the network, the day-to-day operational management, financial optimization, and actionable business intelligence. When these issues are addressed holistically, and with a comprehensive software platform such as vCom’s vManager, enterprises can streamline operations and dramatically reduce the total cost of telecom.

The vManager application for Android is free to vCom customers and allows them to quickly access their professional services team, view and analyze their inventory, access invoices, and manage trouble tickets. The latest enhancement to all three mobile applications allows the user:

  • To open a trouble ticket against an item in their telecom inventory. For any type of service issue, opening a ticket automatically pulls up the relevant information on a particular circuit and allows vCom’s Professional Services Team to start working the ticket
  • Receive “push” notifications on their mobile device when notes are added to trouble tickets
  • Receive “push” notifications on their mobile device when new invoices are published to vManager

During her tenure, she led the global marketing strategies, built a disruptive global brand by growing revenue 5-fold from $10M to $50M, increased market share from 20% to 90% and completed an IPO. Audrey positioned the company for further growth by uncovering new applications – taking the company from $50M to $5B worth of addressable markets. She has championed product development in cross-functional teams with R&D, engineering and production to successfully launch new products globally.
