vManager 6.2 Provides Improved Visibility and Security

vCom Solutions, the leader in Communications Lifecycle Management, announced today the release of vManager 6.2, its proprietary cloud-based software for communications lifecycle management. The new release features several key enhancements designed to improve user experience and deliver increased control and visibility into an organization’s communications environment.  With a 96% customer satisfaction rating in a recent national customer survey, and a 6-year history of over 90% in customer satisfaction, vManager continues to provide customers with unparalleled visibility and control of their communications spend and inventory. vManager is available across multiple browsers, anywhere, any time, and as an application on iOS and Android platforms. Combined with vCom’s professional services and as an important element of vSuite, vCom’s comprehensive communication lifecycle management portfolio, vManager enables customers to streamline operations, and dramatically reduce the total cost of communications.

vCom University is a new feature added to vManager, providing easy access to vCom’s knowledge base and resource center. Within the module, customers will have easy access to video tutorials, training documents, process flowcharts, and a wealth of other resources to help them better manage their communications environments and ensure maximum return on their telecom investment.

Additional module enhancements of the release include

  • vAnalyzer features improved performance, navigation, and user interface; users now have the ability to drill down to and download more granular data
  • Service Order workflow approvals have been implemented and allows for multiple approvers
  • Security allows administrators to better control or limit user visibility into sensitive data
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting now allows for additional columns of data to be displayed and for improved report scheduling

Prior to joining vCom, Audrey was the Chief Marketing Officer of Energy Recovery Inc (NASDAQ: ERII) from 2012-2015 and its VP of Marketing, joining the company as a small start-up organization in 2005. During her tenure, she led the global marketing strategies, built a disruptive global brand by growing revenue 5-fold from $10M to $50M, increased market share from 20% to 90% and completed an IPO. Audrey positioned the company for further growth by uncovering new applications – taking the company from $50M to $5B worth of addressable markets. She has championed product development in cross-functional teams with R&D, engineering and production to successfully launch new products globally.

As a result of building a strong brand, communications and culture, her work received 4 global industry awards in single year by Institute of Engineering and Innovation (IET). She was also recognized as an Innovation Finalist of the Year. Audrey served as a Board member of a non-profit, developed and promoted STEM programs and led philanthropic efforts for low-income families. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Michigan State University.
