Gary Storm
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Gary Storm is the President, CEO, and Founder of vCom Solutions, Inc. vCom Solutions is a Telecom Expense Management Firm that helps multi-site companies reduce and manage their communication costs. In 2005, vCom Solutions was ranked as the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2006, vCom was ranked as the #51 Fastest Growing Company in the United States (Entrepreneur Magazine).
Gary has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years. Prior to founding vCom Solutions in 2001, Gary was the former President & CEO of Networld Communications. Gary was instrumental in shaping Networld into one of the leading next-generation voice and data equipment providers in the country.
Under his leadership, Networld made the Inc. 500 list as the 62nd fastest-growing private company in America. He successfully led Networld’s second round of funding that enabled Networld to introduce its Hosted IP Telephony service, which was later spun off into a separate company, CallTower.
Prior to Networld Communications, Gary held sales positions with Nortel Networks and Williams Communications. Mr. Storm is on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Northern California and also The First Tee of the Tri Valley. He is also on the Board for COMPTEL. Mr. Storm received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley.
Sameer Hilal
Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Sameer Hilal is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of vCom Solutions. He effectively leads vCom to be an innovator in IT Spend Management, providing customers an award-winning software platform and a seasoned team of professionals with subject matter expertise to manage the entire lifecycle of their IT assets.
Under his leadership, vCom has successfully deployed and managed global networks, supported enterprise mobile and IoT solutions, overseen multiple collaboration technologies, and integrated innovative Cloud solutions.
Sameer has worked in technology management and software development for more than 20 years. Prior to vCom, Sameer held positions as VP of Operations for a leading systems integrator of enhanced voice and network services, and as Director of Technology for a leading radiology medical group.
Sameer earned his bachelor’s degree in Physics with a minor in Biology from Boston University.
Joe Condy
Founder and Head of RevGen Operations
Joe Condy is the co-founder of vCom. For more than 20 years, Joe has been at the forefront in the telecommunication industry, responsible for engineering a sales model that leads his team to sustaining long-term customer relationships. Joe’s balance of intuition, sound business strategies, and loyalty are a winning combination in maintaining vCom Solutions’ customer base.
As former Vice President of Sales at Networld Communications, Joe was instrumental in shepherding Networld’s market and sales growth to becoming a leading next-generation voice and data solution provider. He successfully developed and executed Networld’s selling model in San Francisco, Phoenix, and Seattle regional markets. Prior to Networld Communications, Joe held positions with Nortel Networks and Williams Communications.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts from Lewis and Clark College.
John Adams
SVP, Service Delivery
John Adams serves as the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery at vCom, where he leads all aspects of operations and expense management with a focus on driving efficiency, delivering value, and fostering strong relationships across employees, customers, partners, and vendors.
John brings deep expertise in Lifecycle Management and extensive knowledge of vCom’s products to his role. Prior to joining vCom, he worked at Calero, a leading IT spend management provider, where he led teams responsible for sales support, client relationship management, and operational functions including inventory management, contract management, expense management, and bill pay services.
Before Calero, John led technology expense operations for Manage Mobility, an enterprise mobility and managed services provider, and served as Vice President of Lifecycle Services at Advocate. His comprehensive industry experience, coupled with his strategic vision, positions him as a vital leader in enhancing vCom’s operational excellence and delivering impactful results.
Bhanu Anukonda
VP, Software Development
Bhanu Anukonda heads up our software development teams (US and offshore). He oversees the development lifecycle our software product (vManager) as well as our home grown OSS platforms.
Bhanu is a proven technology leader with deep understanding of how to implement, maintain, and improve client-facing and back-office platforms in a distributed environment. He has considerable experience in leading change-management initiatives and process reengineering, and in building and managing global roll-outs of billing solutions and other complex systems.
Prior to vCom, Bhanu worked at Credo Mobile (MVNO) as software development director.
Bhanu has a master's degree in Computer Science and bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Bhanu is also an avid tennis fan.
Jim Barroso
VP, Engineering and IT Enablement
Jim leads vCom's Engineering and IT Enablement group. He and his team are responsible for the development and implementation of vCom's Managed Network, Managed Cloud, and Managed IT services.
For more than 20 years, Jim has provided technical leadership and expertise related to a variety of technologies both in the enterprise and managed services and hosting industry. Prior to vCom, Jim worked for Conduent, Atos, and Xerox Business Services. Jim was also head of engineering and founding member of CallTower.
Jim holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University and is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #20464).
Blaise Brady
VP, Channel Business Development
Blaise Brady joins vCom Solutions as VP and Head of Business Development, where he will lead and inspire a team of Business Development Managers. In this pivotal role, Blaise is dedicated to advancing vCom’s mission to transform how businesses manage their technology spend. He focuses on expanding market presence through the development and management of successful channel partnerships, identifying key routes to market, maintaining relationships with strategic partners, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring the effective execution of joint business plans.
With over 20 years of experience in the technology and channel space, Blaise is deeply committed to driving channel growth across the industry. Most recently, he led the GTT Channel Development organization, where he and his team managed the Technology Service Distribution (TSD) program. Their focus was on creating win-win outcomes, adding value to both partners and clients, and expanding the program by onboarding new selling partners. Before GTT, Blaise headed the indirect channel program at QOS Networks, which was acquired by Zayo in 2022. He also spent two years at Windstream Enterprise as Channel Development Director and SD-WAN overlay. His extensive background spans sales, enablement, training, and marketing, all aimed at delivering exceptional results.
He resides in Colorado at an elevation of 9,000 feet, where he enjoys spending time with his family. A father of two and an avid golfer—though he admits he's more passionate than skilled—Blaise is also dedicated to giving back. He and his wife raise service dogs for Freedom Service Dogs, an organization close to their hearts.
Jenna Brown
VP, Compliance and Contract Management
Jenna Brown is Vice President of Compliance & Contract Management, with oversight for vCom’s contract management function and ensuring the company’s conformity in regulatory and compliance matters.
Jenna has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and managed service industries (17 of those years at vCom), and she began her career with AT&T working in both sales and finance. She previously held a position in collocation management for a competitive communications provider in California.
Jenna was the 2019 recipient of vCom’s Chairman Award, and in her spare time she can be found in the kitchen creating new recipes.
Renee Clifford
VP, Cost Assurance and AP
Renee Clifford is the Vice President of Cost Assurance and Accounts Payables. Renee is responsible for working with our vendors to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
Renee has spent over 18 years with vCom, growing her knowledge base of telecom and vCom’s service offerings. Prior to joining vCom, Renee worked as a Cost Center Manager for a large technology company.
Outside of work, Renee can be found spending time with her family outdoors, usually riding bikes or watching her kids and husband while they race.
Paul Connaker
EVP, Revenue
Paul Connaker leads vCom’s Revenue Generation team, overseeing the company’s revenue-generation activities including sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
Paul has more than 20 years of experience in the technology. Fifteen of those years have been spent at vCom, where Paul has held virtually every customer-facing role in the organization. He has focused on driving revenue growth through customer engagement.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Kirsten DiChiappari
VP, Customer Success
Specializing in exemplary customer success, Kirsten is a seasoned SaaS exec with more than 10 years enabling organizations in the retail, travel, leisure, hospitality, finance, and media sectors. Kirsten leverages her former career in human resources to build, scale, and inspire customer success teams, building trusted partnerships that enable growth, retention, and success. She has a bachelor's degree from Providence College and a master's from Lesley University.
Heather Faison
VP, QuantumShift Operations
Heather Faison is the Vice President of Operations for QuantumShift by vCom, responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Service Delivery and Technical Support teams.
Heather brings over 10 years of telecommunications experience to vCom. Her provisioning and technical support experience commenced in the cellular and DSL industries with companies such as Cellular One and NorthPoint Communications.
Prior to joining vCom, Heather held several operational roles at AT&T including Lead Design Engineer, Network Provisioner, and HDSL Provisioning Trainer.
Heather is a member of the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation and active in the CARE Parent Network, a resource center serving families of children with disabilities.
Heather received a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University.
Andrea Libey
VP, Marketing
Andrea brings 20 years of international marketing and corporate communications experience in telecommunications, technology, compliance, market research, data analytics, transportation, and construction to her role at vCOM Solutions. She has a strong understanding of B2B, enterprise, and mid-market sales, and she also has a successful track record developing impactful campaigns that drive results and revenue.
Andrea most recently served as Director of Marketing at vMOX, a global managed mobility services provider, where she was responsible for the company’s global marketing, communications, and pre-sales development programs. Before that, she was Senior Manager of Marketing and Demand Generation at Calero, a leading technology expense management company, and Marketing Director for the Americas at The Red Flag Group (now Refinitiv), a global integrity and compliance firm based in Hong Kong. She also held senior-level positions in marketing and sales at Course5 Intelligence, Valley Metro, and The Weitz Company, and she built a successful consulting business for startups. Andrea is a member of the Alliance of Channel Women and earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communications and marketing from Miami University of Ohio.
Matthew Marquez
VP, Service and Support
Matt Marquez is the Vice President of Service & Support at vCom, where he leads the development of the company’s new Customer Care Center, delivering a unified, first-class customer service experience. With over 20 years of telecom experience, Matt focuses on streamlining service delivery, building high-performing teams, and driving automation to scale operations. In his role, he oversees the expansion of vCom’s Care team, platform, and processes, integrating responsibilities previously handled by QS Care and CSMs while introducing new capabilities to enhance support. He also continues to lead vCom’s celebrated Network Operations Center (NOC), driving improvements through automation and deeper integration with service provider systems.
Previously, Matt served as Vice President of Operations for vCom’s Managed Services division, where he spearheaded automation initiatives and ensured the successful deployment of services. Before joining vCom, he held leadership roles at CenturyLink, gaining extensive expertise across mobility, provisioning, service management, and billing escalation. A graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Management, Matt is known for his strategic vision and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Brandon Mayville
VP, Finance
Brandon leads the organization’s Finance division. He is an experienced executive with a proven record of building finance organizations designed to support the growing needs of a business. Brandon focuses on building a unified team that can be the infrastructure for coupling financial requirements with business process to support company success. Previously, he was the VP Finance at Converge Technology Solutions, where he built a finance operations and integration organizations that supported revenue growth from 500 million CAD to 3 billion CAD.
Matthew Mendenhall
VP, QuantumShift
As Vice President of vCom’s Service and Support organization, Matthew is responsible for building and leading teams whose primary focus and drive is to solve customers’ operational challenges around network, cloud, SaaS, and more.
Matthew began his telecommunications career over 20 years ago and has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Prior to joining vCom, he served in leadership roles for global telecommunications organizations such as GTT Communications, NTT, and Cbeyond. His accomplishments stem from his deep belief in building successful teams and enabling them to deliver a superior customer experience.
Mr. Mendenhall has a passion for continuous learning and development, is an avid volunteer for the food insecure, and is a devoted husband and father.
Chris Ruane
VP and GM, QuantumShift Network
Chris Ruane brings nearly two decades of experience in voice, data, and cloud technologies to her role as Vice President and General Manager at vCom Solutions. Leading network sales for QuantumShift by vCom, Chris is focused on driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
With a strong background that includes 19 years at TPx Communications in various leadership roles, Chris is known for her innovative sales strategies and collaborative approach. Her previous positions at Pac-West Telecomm and Ameritel have further deepened her expertise in telecommunications, particularly in PSTN connectivity, IP infrastructure, and VoIP technologies.
A dedicated, results-driven executive, Chris excels in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and leading high-performing teams. Her extensive experience spans multiple sectors, including government, healthcare, financial services, and legal.
Chris holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has attended Towson University.
Rob Seemann
VP and GM, QuantumShift Mobile
As the head of the mobile practice at QuantumShift, Rob spearheads strategic initiatives with a focus on sales, marketing, project management, and product development. With a comprehensive expertise in navigating diverse industry landscapes, he devises pragmatic strategies to overcome obstacles and propel companies towards ambitious objectives. Rob's extensive tenure in the mobility sector underscores his adeptness in nurturing strategic alliances, driving organizational growth at scale through impactful partnerships that solve market pains.
Jessica VanVorst
VP, Partner Success
Jessica VanVosrt is the Vice President of Partner Success at vCom, leveraging 14+ years of leadership experience to drive operational excellence and strong partnerships. She leads partner onboarding, training, and resource development, ensuring partners have the tools to thrive while collaborating with business development to enhance vCom’s offerings.
Previously, Jessica served as Vice President of Customer Experience at ProfitSolv, excelling in partner relationships and customer outcomes. At Possible Finance, she led initiatives that improved agent efficiency by 40% and reduced costs by 30%. Her career also includes leadership roles at Calero and Windstream Communications, where she built high-performing teams and scalable systems.
Rekha Venuthurupalli
VP, Human Resources
Rekha Venuthurupalli is the Vice President of Human Resources for vCom Solutions, Inc. Ms. Venuthurupalli is responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, mainly focused on People & Culture along with HR Operations, Talent Management, Office Admin, and Training and Development.
Reka has more than 15 years of human resources experience and has worked in various industries like mortgage, banking, and home healthcare. Rekha is passionate about working with young children in the AVID Program (Advancement Via Individual Determination, a nonprofit college-readiness program designed to help students develop the skills they need to be successful in college). She has been volunteering as a tutor for over 5 years at one of the middle schools in the SRV Unified School District. She is also involved in various community outreach programs in the East Bay.
