Gary Storm
Gary Storm is the President, CEO and Founder of vCom Solutions, Inc. vCom Solutions is a Telecom Expense Management Firm that helps multi-site companies reduce and manage their communication costs. In 2005, vCom Solutions was ranked as the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2006, vCom was ranked as the #51 Fastest Growing Company in the United States (Entrepreneur Magazine).
Mr. Storm has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 15 years. Prior to founding vCom Solutions in 2001, Gary was the former President & CEO of Networld Communications. Gary was instrumental in shaping Networld into one of the leading next generation voice and data equipment providers in the country. Under his leadership Networld made the Inc. 500 list as the 62nd fastest growing private company in America. He successfully led Networld’s second round of funding that enabled Networld to introduce its Hosted IP Telephony service, which was later spun off into a separate company, CallTower. Prior to Networld Communications, Gary held sales positions with Nortel Networks and Williams Communications.
Mr. Storm is on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Northern California and also The First Tee of the Tri Valley. He is also on the Board for COMPTEL.
Mr. Storm received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley.
Sameer Hilal
Sameer Hilal is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of vCom Solutions. He effectively leads vCom to be an innovator in IT Spend Management, providing customers an award-winning software platform and a seasoned team of professionals with subject matter expertise to manage the entire lifecycle of their IT assets.
Under his leadership, vCom has successfully deployed and managed global networks, supported enterprise mobile and IoT solutions, overseen multiple collaboration technologies, and integrated innovative Cloud solutions.
vCom has maintained 98% customer satisfaction for the past 12 years, and has been recognized as one of the top 50 best places to work in the US in 2019. vCom has also earned recognition as a Best Place to Work in the SF Bay Area for 12 consecutive years, and a green business for the past 8 years.
Sameer has worked in technology management and software development for more than 20 years. Prior to vCom, Sameer held positions as VP of Operations for a leading systems integrator of enhanced voice and network services; and as Director of Technology for a leading radiology medical group.
Sameer earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physics with a minor in Biology from Boston University.
Joe Condy
Joe Condy is the co- founder of vCom Solutions, Inc. vCom Solutions is a Telecom Expense Management Firm that helps multi-site companies reduce and manage their communication costs. In 2006, vCom was ranked as the #51 Fastest Growing Company in the United States (Entrepreneur Magazine).
For over 15 years, Joe has been at the forefront in the telecommunication industry, responsible for engineering a sales model that leads his team to sustaining long-term customer relationships. Joe’s balance of intuition, sound business strategies and loyalty are a winning combination in maintaining vCom Solutions’ customer base. Joe also oversees vCom’s agent and referral programs.
As former Vice President of Sales at Networld Communications, Joe was instrumental in shepherding Networld’s market and sales growth to becoming a leading next generation voice and data solution provider. He successfully developed and executed Networld’s selling model in San Francisco, Phoenix and Seattle’s regional markets. Joe played a pivotal role in Networld becoming the 62nd Fastest Growing Private Company in the US (Inc. Magazine 2000) and 36th Fastest Growing Private Company in The Bay Area (SF Business Times 2000). Prior to Networld Communications, Joe held positions with Nortel Networks and Williams Communications.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis and Clark College.
Srihari Hosahalli
Srihari Hosahalli is the Chief Information Officer for vCom Solutions. In addition to his focus on building efficiencies through provider integration and process automation, Srihari will lend his extensive experience in data analytics to help vCom build its AI-based analytics engine.Prior to vCom, Srihari was Managing Director for Accenture, overseeing a team of 3,000 professionals supporting enterprises around the globe with managing their infrastructure and cloud migration. Srihari has also served as Director of Product Development for Bally Technologies, in addition to creating and operating a successful analytics firm.
Paul Connaker
Paul Connaker leads vCom’s Sales Team. Paul oversees the Software and Services Team, managing customer’s IT Spend conversion and onboarding vCom’s platform.Mr. Connaker has over 12 years of experience in the technology. 11of those years have been spent at vCom where Paul has held virtually every customer facing role in the organization. He has focused on driving revenue growth through customer engagement. Paul is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Rekha Venuthurupalli
Rekha Venuthurupalli is the Vice President of Human Resources for vCom Solutions, Inc. Ms. Venuthurupalli is responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, mainly focused on People & Culture along with HR Operations, Talent Management, Office Admin, Training and Development.Ms Venuthurupalli has over 15 yrs of human resources experience and worked in various industries like Mortgage, Banking and Home Health Care.Ms. Venuthurupalli is passionate about working with young children in the AVID Program (which stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination, is a nonprofit college-readiness program designed to help students develop the skills they need to be successful in college) and has been volunteering as tutor for over 5 yrs at one the middle schools in the SRV Unified School District and is involved in various community outreach programs in the East Bay.
Heather Faison
Heather Faison is the Vice President of Carrier Operations for vCom Solutions, Inc. Ms. Faison is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Service Delivery and Technical Support teams within vCom Solutions.
Ms. Faison brings over 10 years of telecommunications experience to vCom. Ms. Faison’s provisioning and technical support experience commenced in the cellular and DSL industries with companies such as Cellular One and Northpoint Communications. Prior to joining vCom, Ms. Faison held several operational roles at AT&T including Lead Design Engineer, Network Provisioner and HDSL Provisioning Trainer.
Ms. Faison was the recipient of the vCom Commitment to Service Award in January 2005.
Ms. Faison is a member of the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation and active in the CARE Parent Network, a resource center serving families of children with disabilities.
Ms. Faison received a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University.
Ivy Lee
Ivy Lee is the Vice President of Finance for vCom Solutions, Inc. Ms. Lee is responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, which includes accounting, revenue assurance, and banking/finance activities.
Prior to joining vCom Solutions in 2004, Ms. Lee was an Associate and Business Manager for several locations at IA Interior Architects, Inc. for 10 years. She was instrumental in shaping the finance and operational culture in the growth and change stages of IA Interior Architects, where she helped establish policies and procedures for billing and finance, as well as serve as a mentor and trainer for new business managers and billing personnel nationwide. Although now focused solely on the finance aspects of the job, her prior knowledge and experience in the operations and human resources give her the sensitivity that is necessary in balancing sound financial approach with the company’s commitment to its employees and customer service excellence.
Ms. Lee is the recipient of the Management Award in September 2005 and the Worksmart Award in 2007.
Ms. Lee is an active volunteer guide for Environmental Travelling Companions.
Ms. Lee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Bob Barnes
Bob Barnes leads vCom’s Technology Solutions Group which is responsible for all partner product related sales. He oversees vCom’s partner product sales team, inside CARE sales team, and QuoteDesk. Mr. Barnes has over 20 years of experience driving growth and running operations for communications oriented software and technology related businesses. He has successfully built and grown all facets of enterprise, web-oriented, and consumer-based go to market strategies. Prior to vCom, he was a senior leader for ConnectSolutions, NextUC, and CallTower, co-founding the latter two.
Bhanu Anukonda
Bhanu Anukonda heads up our software development teams (US and offshore). He oversees the development lifecycle our software product (vManager) as well as our home grown OSS platforms.
Bhanu is a proven technology leader with deep understanding of how to implement, maintain and improve client-facing and back-office platforms in a distributed environment. Considerable experience leading change-management initiatives and process re-engineering. Experienced in building and managing global roll-outs of Billing Solutions and other complex systems.
Prior to vCom, Bhanu worked at Credo Mobile ( MVNO), pointandship as software development director. Bhanu has Masters in Computer Science and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Bhanu is also an avid Tennis fan.
John Adams
As the head of customer experience, John works closely with sales with the goal of increasing adoption, retention, and engagement of vCom’s software and managed services.
Prior to joining vCom, John worked for Calero, a large IT spend management provider. There, he led the team responsible for sales support and client relationship management. He also oversaw inventory management, contract management, expense management, bill pay services, and other operational functions. Prior to Calero, John led the technology expense operations for Manage Mobility, a provider of end-to-end enterprise mobility & managed services, and was the Vice President of Lifecycle Services for Advocate.
Jon Weinberg
Jon leads the Account Management team at vCom, responsible for the overall customer relationships and for delivering vCom’s vision, values, and insights to help customers leverage our full suite of services. Jon brings 25 years experience in telecom and technology management to the organization. He’s a solutions-driven change agent dedicated to building, mentoring, and motivating efficient teams and business units that are hyper-focused on delivering value and revenue growth. Previously, Jon spent 12 years in sales and leadership positions with Tangoe, and 5 years with Cricket as a market GM. Jon is a graduate of St. Lawrence University.
Ann McGuire
Ann McGuire is the Director of Marketing at vCom Solutions, overseeing demand generation, communications, event strategy, public relations, and other marketing programs designed to increase vCom’s midmarket presence.
Prior to joining vCom, Ms. McGuire developed marketing strategies for various technology firms. She spent 11 years with Tangoe where she implemented innovative brand and lead gen programs that helped establish the nascent TEM market and supported the organization’s successful business growth.
Ms. McGuire lives in New Haven, Connecticut.
Brandon Hampton
Brandon Hampton heads up vCom’s Mobile Spend business unit. He oversees the mobility sales and operations teams, managing the entire mobility lifecycle and ensuring a successful customer engagement. Brandon has over 19 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
16 of those years have been dedicated to building successful, purpose-driven teams focused on driving growth and supporting enterprise customers. Mobility management became an emphasis after years of watching enterprises struggle to manage their mobile environments. After spending 8 years with Sprint, he left to cofound Mobi Wireless Management in 2008. Brandon is a graduate of the University of Louisville.
