Gary Storm is the President, CEO and Founder of vCom Solutions, Inc. vCom Solutions is a Telecom Expense Management Firm that helps multi-site companies reduce and manage their communication costs. In 2005, vCom Solutions was ranked as the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2006, vCom was ranked as the #51 Fastest Growing Company in the United States (Entrepreneur Magazine).
Gary has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years. Prior to founding vCom Solutions in 2001, Gary was the former President & CEO of Networld Communications. Gary was instrumental in shaping Networld into one of the leading next generation voice and data equipment providers in the country.
Under his leadership, Networld made the Inc. 500 list as the 62nd fastest growing private company in America. He successfully led Networld’s second round of funding that enabled Networld to introduce its Hosted IP Telephony service, which was later spun off into a separate company, CallTower.
Prior to Networld Communications, Gary held sales positions with Nortel Networks and Williams Communications.
Mr. Storm is on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Northern California and also The First Tee of the Tri Valley. He is also on the Board for COMPTEL.
Mr. Storm received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley.
Chief Executive Officer
Sameer Hilal is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of vCom Solutions. He effectively leads vCom to be an innovator in IT Spend Management, providing customers an award-winning software platform and a seasoned team of professionals with subject matter expertise to manage the entire lifecycle of their IT assets.
Under his leadership, vCom has successfully deployed and managed global networks, supported enterprise mobile and IoT solutions, overseen multiple collaboration technologies, and integrated innovative Cloud solutions.
Sameer has worked in technology management and software development for more than 20 years. Prior to vCom, Sameer held positions as VP of Operations for a leading systems integrator of enhanced voice and network services; and as Director of Technology for a leading radiology medical group.
Sameer earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physics with a minor in Biology from Boston University.
Chief Operating Officer
Joe Condy is the co-founder of vCom. For more than 20 years, Joe has been at the forefront in the telecommunication industry, responsible for engineering a sales model that leads his team to sustaining long-term customer relationships. Joe’s balance of intuition, sound business strategies and loyalty are a winning combination in maintaining vCom Solutions’ customer base.
As former Vice President of Sales at Networld Communications, Joe was instrumental in shepherding Networld’s market and sales growth to becoming a leading next generation voice and data solution provider. He successfully developed and executed Networld’s selling model in San Francisco, Phoenix and Seattle’s regional markets. Prior to Networld Communications, Joe held positions with Nortel Networks and Williams Communications.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis and Clark College.
Co-Founder, Head of RevGen Operations
Kelli leads the organization's Software and Managed Services division. He is an experienced executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in SaaS and technology organizations. Kelli focuses on nurturing cohesive teams, establishing a culture of accountability and empowerment and focusing on innovation and company success. Previously he co-founded Dental Intelligence, Inc., helping to grow the business from zero to $40M during his tenure. Prior to that he founded and was CTO/COO at Call Tower.
Chief Strategy Officer
Dave uses his extensive industry knowledge to steer vCom’s channel and partner business. With nearly 30 years of enterprise technology sales experience, Dave has a proven track record for success at companies including Oracle, Comergent Technologies (now IBM), SAP, PlanSource, and Skillsoft. He has built and scaled inside, channel, and field sales organizations for enterprise corporations, focused on driving revenue and building solid partnerships.
EVP Channel & Business Development Partnerships
Paul Connaker leads vCom’s Revenue Generation team, overseeing the company’s revenue generation activities including sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
Paul has more than 20 years of experience in the technology. 15 of those years have been spent at vCom, where Paul has held virtually every customer facing role in the organization. He has focused on driving revenue growth through customer engagement.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Specializing in exemplary customer success, Kirsten is a seasoned SaaS exec with more than 10 years enabling organizations in the retail, travel, leisure, hospitality, finance, and media sectors. Kirsten leverages her former career in human resources to build, scale, and inspire customer success teams, building trusted partnerships that enable growth, retention, and success. She has a bachelor's degree from Providence College and a master's from Lesley University.
VP Customer Success
Bhanu Anukonda heads up our software development teams (US and offshore). He oversees the development lifecycle our software product (vManager) as well as our home grown OSS platforms.
Bhanu is a proven technology leader with deep understanding of how to implement, maintain and improve client-facing and back-office platforms in a distributed environment. Considerable experience leading change-management initiatives and process re-engineering. Experienced in building and managing global roll-outs of Billing Solutions and other complex systems.
Prior to vCom, Bhanu worked at Credo Mobile ( MVNO), pointandship as software development director.
Bhanu has a Masters in Computer Science and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Bhanu is also an avid tennis fan.
VP Software Development
As Vice President of vCom’s Service and Support organization, Matthew is responsible for building and leading teams whose primary focus and drive, is to solve our customers’ operational challenges around network, cloud, SaaS and more.
Matthew began his telecommunications career over 20 years ago and has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Prior to joining vCom, he served in leadership roles for global telecommunications organizations such as GTT Communications, NTT, and Cbeyond. His accomplishments stem from his deep belief in building successful teams and enabling them to deliver a superior customer experience.
Mr. Mendenhall has a passion for continuous learning and development, is an avid volunteer for the food insecure, and is a devoted husband and father.
VP QuantumShift™ by vCom
Heather Faison is the Vice President of Operations for QuantumShift by vCom, responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Service Delivery and Technical Support teams.
Heather brings over 10 years of telecommunications experience to vCom. Her provisioning and technical support experience commenced in the cellular and DSL industries with companies such as Cellular One and Northpoint Communications.
Prior to joining vCom, Heather held several operational roles at AT&T including Lead Design Engineer, Network Provisioner and HDSL Provisioning Trainer.
Heather is a member of the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation and active in the CARE Parent Network, a resource center serving families of children with disabilities.
Heather received a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University.
VP Operations, QuantumShift™ by vCom
Matt is the Vice President of Operations for vCom’s Managed Services division, focusing on automating processes and delivering successful deployment of services, bringing more than 20 years of telecom experience to this role. Matt previously oversaw the vCom Network Operations Center (NOC) where he created a high-performance engine that continues to bring exceptional support to vCom customers. Prior to that, Matt held several different roles with CenturyLink ranging from Mobility to Provisioning to Service Management and Billing Escalation.
Matt is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a BS in Management
VP Operations Management
Jim leads vCom's Engineering and IT Enablement group. He and his team are responsible for the development and implementation of vCom's Managed Network, Managed Cloud, and Managed IT services.
For more than 20 years, Jim has provided technical leadership and expertise related to a variety of technologies both in the enterprise and in the managed services and hosting industry. Prior to vCom, Jim worked for Conduent, Atos, and Xerox Business Services. Jim was also head of engineering and founding member of CallTower.
Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University and is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #20464).
VP Engineering & IT Enablement
As the head of customer experience, John works closely with sales with the goal of increasing adoption, retention, and engagement of vCom’s software and managed services.
Prior to joining vCom, John worked for Calero, a large IT spend management provider. There, he led the team responsible for sales support and client relationship management. He also oversaw inventory management, contract management, expense management, bill pay services, and other operational functions.
Prior to Calero, John led the technology expense operations for Manage Mobility, a provider of end-to-end enterprise mobility & managed services, and was the Vice President of Lifecycle Services for Advocate.
VP Expense Management
Rekha Venuthurupalli is the Vice President of Human Resources for vCom Solutions, Inc. Ms. Venuthurupalli is responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, mainly focused on People & Culture along with HR Operations, Talent Management, Office Admin, Training and Development.
Reka has moe than 15 years of human resources experience and has worked in various industries like Mortgage, Banking and Home Health Care. Rekha is passionate about working with young children in the AVID Program (which stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination, a nonprofit college-readiness program designed to help students develop the skills they need to be successful in college) and has been volunteering as a tutor for over 5 yrs at one of the middle schools in the SRV Unified School District. She is also involved in various community outreach programs in the East Bay.
VP Human Resources
Ivy Lee is the Vice President of Finance for vCom Solutions. Ivy is responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, which includes accounting, revenue assurance, and banking/finance activities.
Prior to joining vCom Solutions in 2004, Ivy was an Associate and Business Manager for several locations at IA Interior Architects, Inc. for 10 years. She was instrumental in shaping the finance and operational culture in the growth and change stages of IA Interior Architects, where she helped establish policies and procedures for billing and finance, as well as serve as a mentor and trainer for new business managers and billing personnel nationwide.
Although now focused solely on the finance aspects of the job, her prior knowledge and experience in the operations and human resources give her the sensitivity that is necessary in balancing sound financial approach with the company’s commitment to its employees and customer service excellence.
Ivy is also an active volunteer guide for Environmental Travelling Companions.
Ivy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Jenna Brown is Vice President of Compliance & Contract Management, with oversight for vCom’s contract management function and ensuring the company’s conformity in regulatory and compliance matters.
Jenna has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and managed service industries (17 of those years at vCom) and began her career with AT&T working in both sales and finance. She previously held a position in collocation management for a competitive communications provider in California.
Jenna was the 2019 recipient of vCom’s Chairman Award, and in her spare time can be found in the kitchen creating new recipes.
VP Compliance & Contract Management
Renee Clifford is the Vice President of Cost Assurance and Accounts Payables. Renee is responsible for working with our vendors to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
Renee has spent over 18 years with vCom, growing her knowledge base of telecom and vCom’s service offerings. Prior to joining vCom, Renee worked as a Cost Center Manager for a large technology company.
Outside of work, Renee can be found spending time with her family outdoors, usually riding bikes or watching her kids and husband while they race them.
VP Cost Assurance & AP
Steve leads the partner and franchise areas for vCom, drawing on a wealth of experience in the service provider and aggregator space. Previously General Manager at AT&T, Steve helped launch AT&T’s Partner Exchange Program, enabling solution providers and resellers, and leading a nationwide team managing $300M+ in revenue across network, mobile, hardware, and cloud security products. He helped develop and build a strategy that would leverage the channel to take a $0 business to almost $1B.
Previously Steve worked with AT&T’s senior executive team to help lead the One AT&T Integration & Implementation Project, a multi-billion dollar company-wide initiative focused on technology evolution, cultural transformation, product innovation, new go-to-market strategies and developing new distribution models. Steve also held various leadership roles in Technology, Telecommunications, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from the University of San Diego. He and his family live in Dallas, Texas.
VP Partner Management
Bob Barnes leads vCom’s Technology Solutions Group which is responsible for all partner product related sales. He oversees vCom’s partner product sales team, inside CARE sales team, and QuoteDesk.
Bob has over 20 years of experience driving growth and running operations for communications-oriented software and technology related businesses. He has successfully built and grown all facets of enterprise, web-oriented, and consumer-based go to market strategies.
Prior to vCom, he was a senior leader for ConnectSolutions, NextUC, and CallTower, co-founding the latter two.
VP Collaboration & SaaS
Brandon Hampton leads the vCom Account Executive team in their overall customer relationship management and strategy. Prior to this, Brandon served as the director of the company's Mobile Spend unit, overseeing the mobility sales and operations teams, managing the entire mobility lifecycle and ensuring a successful customer engagement.
Brandon has over 19 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. 16 of those years have been dedicated to building successful, purpose-driven teams focused on driving growth and supporting enterprise customers.
Mobility management became an emphasis after years of watching enterprises struggle to manage their mobile environments. After spending 8 years with Sprint, he left to co-found Mobi Wireless Management in 2008.
Brandon is a graduate of the University of Louisville.
Don Walde leads vCom's Technical Sales Executive team for Network and Cloud solutions. Don is a tenured sales leader in the technology industry. Prior to vCom he was the VP of Sales for a Cisco, Dell, VMware and Microsoft reseller and professional services company.
Don is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Director Network & Cloud
Adam leads the Software & Services Account Executive team in their sales and ongoing account relationship strategies. He’s passionate about building and coaching teams and turning entry level employees into high performing individual contributors. Adam previously worked at SoftwareONE, beginning as an Inside Sales Executive in their London office. He transitioned to their New York offices to help build and grow the team, eventually becoming the Northeast Area Sales Director. He now makes his home in Brooklyn, NY.
Director Lifecycle Management Sales
Ann McGuire is the Director of Marketing at vCom Solutions, overseeing demand generation, communications, event strategy, public relations, and other marketing programs designed to increase vCom’s midmarket presence.
Prior to joining vCom, Ann developed marketing strategies for various technology firms. She spent 11 years with Tangoe where she implemented innovative brand and lead gen programs that helped establish the nascent TEM market and supported the organization’s successful business growth.
Ann lives in New Haven, Connecticut.
