vManager Just Keeps Getting Better
The big news out of Q3 was the release of vManager 14. Major enhancements within vManager 14 were focused on increasing speed to information, expanding accessibility, and optimizing IT spend.

Trouble Tickets Just Got an Upgrade!
Have you gotten a chance to explore the new Ticket Configuration options in vManager 14? This new feature allows users to create, edit, assign, and configure self-managed trouble tickets for self-managed and retail assets in vManager. After the ticket types, fields, and owners have been established, tickets may be opened and automatically assign an owner to specific ticket types. You can find Ticket Configuration in the bottom of the Admin menu (shown below).
