SAN RAMON, Calif., January 18, 2022 – vCom Solutions, a leader in delivering innovative IT expense management software and managed services to businesses across the U.S., today announced a slate of key promotions and hires in support of the company’s continued growth and expansion. These leadership level changes to the company’s Operations Management team will strengthen the company’s ability to deliver exceptional experiences to clients across vCom’s vManager software platform, Managed Services, and QuantumShift by vCom™ divisions. 

Heather Faison named VP Operations, QuantumShift by vComA 15-year veteran of vCom, Heather previously held the role of VP of Operations. Heather will now focus exclusively on supporting the growth of the Buyers’ Club solution. Building automation as well as streamlining processes and integration will be key initiatives. Heather will continue to drive a customer-first approach with QuantumShift by vCom‘s growing client list.

Matt Marquez promoted to VP Operations for vCom’s Managed Services Division. Matt joined vCom in January 2020 as Director of Service and Support and did an outstanding job transforming vCom’s Network Operations Center (NOC) into a high-performance engine for customers. Matt will be focused on automating and scaling operations within vCom’s Managed Services division to support the company’s growth and ensure the successful deployment of vCom’s solutions.  

Matt Mendenhall joins as VP Service & Support. Matt Mendenhall brings years of expertise in supporting global IT solutions. Prior to vCom, he served as VP of Service Assurance & NOC Operations and Director of Global Operations for the likes of GTT and NTT. Leading vCom’s NOC and managing the company’s India-based Operations team will draw on Matt’s extensive knowledge and experience in supporting national and global clients, as well as his deep operational background. 

Jim Barroso promoted to VP Engineering & IT Enablement. Jim has spearheaded the growth of vCom’s engineering practice since 2019. As Director of Engineering, his meticulous approach to problem-solving led to the rollout of new products like SD-WAN and SASE, the deployment of vCom’s robust Managed Network Services, and the growth of the company’s IT Operations implementations. Jim will play a key role in the expansion of an IT outsourcing practice supporting customers with the management of their on-premise, public cloud, and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments.
